Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Perform Salesforce user administration tasks, such as creating and assigning user profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
  • Analyze existing processes and make recommendations to better streamline the custom applications on the platform.
  • Design and maintain workflows, process builder, email alerts, custom fields and objects, and page layouts across multiple platform apps.
  • Maintain existing Salesforce reports and dashboards, and work with internal stakeholders to develop and deploy new reports and dashboards.
  • Keep abreast of new Salesforce / 3rdparty provider features and provide recommendations for process improvements and feature enablement.

Qualifications:

Educational and/or Experience Requirements: 4-year degree in IT related field or at least 3 - 4 years of experience of on the job related duties.

Preferred Certification/Licensure: Salesforce Certified Administrator

Additional Knowledge: Salesforce declarative tools (Process Builder, Flow, workflow rules, etc.), Apex, Visualforce, HTML/CSS/Javascript, SQL/SOQL, JAVA/C#.NET.

FieldFx and Business Analyst experience highly preferred

Knowledge/ Skills: (qualify level of skill required for this role: entry, intermediate, advanced)

Must be able to demonstrate:

  • Basic knowledge and administrative ability to complete job tasks and access / update computer applications.
  • Strong analytical skills to fully understand business requirements
  • Proficient skills and experience in verbal and written forms of communication; active listening skills, ability to interpret information and document accurately
  • Ability to build solid relationships with all stakeholders in order to support workflow analysis and development
  • Adept completion of tasks with little or no error and minimal supervision.
  • Above average ability to handle stressful, challenging situations.
